Puzzles finally arrived at our warehouse yesterday and all have been shipped!

Hello Backers!

Soon here.

I have been waiting and waiting for the puzzles to be released at the port, and finally heard the good news this morning. It's on the way to the warehouse and it's likely there early next week.

This shipment took extra long, so thank you so much for your patience.

Once they are at the warehouse, the puzzles will ship to all of you in one day.

I wanted to give you an update after they have been shipped, however I didn't want you to worry about what's happening with the puzzles.

I will send another update when the puzzles are "actually" shipped to you.

September Updates 

Hello Hello!

Can you believe we are approaching Fall 2021 already? I hope you have been well, I am writing to give you some updates.

• Puzzles are expected to arrive early October, it has been delayed by few weeks(yikes!). I will let you know as soon as they are in our warehouse and ready to ship.
• When the puzzles arrive, our partner Fulfillrite will start fulfilling your orders and you will receive your tracking number in you email. Please keep an eye on your email until you receive your puzzles.
• Thank you for filling out the surveys! Your card will be charged this Thursday, so if you need a change of address or update your add ons, please email me before Thursday ([email protected]).

Please note that I am keeping an eye on the shipment and updating you as much as I know, however there can always be unexpected delays (I know... you are waiting for the puzzles as much as I do!).

I will talk to you again when the puzzles arrive in October.

Less than a Week left to Complete your Survey

Hello Wonderful Backers,

It's been a while since the last update, I haven't forgotten about you all.  

Just a friendly reminder that the survey deadline is approaching. 

It will be due next Monday, the August 2nd.  

93% of them have been submitted already, but I don't want the rest to miss it!

Latest Update on the Puzzles:

The production is complete, and we are preparing to ship it to the warehouse in the U.S!  Woohoo!

I am expecting the puzzles to be ready to ship by September, the latest October.  I will update you again if there is any delay, but hopefully we will be on schedule until it is delivered to you.

I hope you are enjoying the Summer, can't believe it's almost August already!

Also, If no one has told you this today, I want to say...

Hi Wonderful Backers,

I have received 83% of the surveys already, and it has been amazing to read your ideas about the next puzzle. Thank you for your participation!

For those who haven't completed your surveys yet, please don't forget to do it by the end of this month :)

I don't want you to miss these amazing meditative puzzles, so I will remind you again closer to the survey due date.

Gradient Therapy Puzzle Collection is in production now, and I will let you know the status when it ships out to the warehouse in the U.S. 

By the way, SOONNESS has released a new Summer puzzle in the Life Series called "Marine Life".
